After announcing the signing of the Italian technical death metal band Coexistence, we’re pleased to reveal the signing of another technical death metal band – The Scalar Process. They join the roster comprising other tech death bands like Chaos Motion and Cerebrum and more.
Label owner Kunal Choksi states, “We’re thrilled to work with yet another promising technical death metal band in The Scalar Process from France. The members are incredibly talented and create complex yet vigorous music that remains enticing even after multiple listens. It’s a scintillating mix of atmosphere and melody without compromising on the overall momentum. Keep an eye out for their debut full length in 2020.”
The Scalar Process members add, “After four years of hard work, we are now thrilled to sign with Transcending Obscurity Records for our first album. They do sick job with their label and do a lot for the emerging bands so we have no doubt that Transcending Obscurity will grow even more in the foreseeable future. Bastien Jez did a great job for the cover, the drum was recorded by Clement Denys From Fractal Universe and we cannot wait to announce all the guests who appear on this upcoming first album!”
